This Website is operated by Andrea Venè, in Italy, as a natural person. Loquitur is a project name. No company has been incorporated.

The Website is informational. It describes Loquitur, a protocol published as an Alpha preview, version 0.1.0, in the repositories named on the developers page. Nothing on the Website describes a production system, a commercial offer or a guarantee of availability, and the repositories prevail over any description here.

Nothing on the Website is investment, financial, valuation, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to issue, buy, sell, hold or trade any tokenized asset, security or financial instrument. Loquitur is the name of the project, run by Andrea Venè as a natural person. An EU trade mark application for LOQUITUR was filed on 19 October 2026; nothing is registered yet, so the name is shown without ™ or ®. All original content on this Website, including text, diagrams, layout and visual design, is the property of Andrea Venè and is protected by intellectual property law.
This Notice covers the Website only. The specification, the schemas and the verifiers are published in their own repositories under the licences stated in each repository. You may view the Website and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish, mirror or adapt its content, for any purpose, commercial or not, without prior written approval. Short quotations with attribution and a link are permitted.
