Built for evidence-heavy markets
Loquitur was born from a simple gap: real-world asset workflows need evidence that survives handoffs, reviews and institutional scrutiny.
Loquitur structures private evidence bundles, verification receipts and minimal public commitments so that a NAV, a valuation or a collateral figure can be checked by the next counterparty without turning confidential evidence into public data. Tokenized workflows are one application, not the boundary.
Why Loquitur exists
Real-world asset workflows still depend on PDFs, email, spreadsheets and manual reviews. Loquitur moves the posture from "trust me" to "verify this" by making evidence support, commitments and lineage structured.
Loquitur was born from a simple gap: real-world asset workflows need evidence that survives handoffs, reviews and institutional scrutiny.
Tokenized asset claims can move through platforms quickly, while support materials often remain fragmented across tools and teams.
PDFs, email threads, spreadsheets and manual review loops do not provide durable lineage, policy context or replayable verification.
Loquitur turns evidence review into a structured verification layer where claims can be checked without exposing raw sensitive data.
Value proposition
Loquitur helps companies make asset verification more transparent, more repeatable and easier to review across investors, auditors, regulators and institutional partners.
Greater transparency across evidence support, policy identity, status and lineage.
Greater verifiability without turning confidential material into public data.
Reduced due diligence time by replacing ad hoc document chasing with structured receipts and replayable checks.
Lower audit and review costs by standardizing what reviewers need to inspect.
Better preparation for investors, auditors, regulators and institutional partners.
Higher confidence in tokenization and asset-verification workflows through consistent evidence governance.
Cross-implementation conformance
A specification means little until independent implementations agree on it. Loquitur has a Python verifier and a TypeScript verifier, and an executed gate compares them field by field. It fails on any disagreement.
JSON Canonicalization Scheme, so one document has exactly one byte sequence to sign.
Merkle inclusion and consistency proofs, as used by Certificate Transparency. Implemented and tested; no log is operated yet, so this is not part of what the gate compares.
Low-S enforced, deterministic nonces per RFC 6979, and a NUL-delimited domain prefix so a signature cannot be replayed into another context. The verifier consumes the compact P1363 form and contains no signing code — the component you run to check evidence cannot produce it.
The corpus is our own and has not been externally ratified. Agreement between two implementations is evidence that the specification is unambiguous — not that it is correct.
Project narrative
Loquitur is building a corporate and institutional verification layer for tokenized real-world asset workflows. Loquitur exists to make evidence support, policy context and public-safe commitments easier to understand, review and trust.
Verification rails for evidence-heavy asset workflows.
We structure private evidence, verification receipts, policy checks and public-safe registry commitments.
Institutional adoption requires more than token issuance; it requires reviewable proof of what supports each asset claim.
Loquitur keeps raw sensitive data private while making the verification boundary, lineage and receipt context inspectable.
RWA markets, compliance expectations and investor diligence are converging around the need for structured verification infrastructure.
A trusted verification layer for tokenization, compliance-oriented workflows and institutional asset review.
Where it fits
Loquitur supports the evidence layer around tokenized and real-world assets, so claims can be reviewed through structured receipts, policy context and replayable checks instead of static files.
Structure property evidence, review status and lineage so asset claims can be checked without publishing raw documents.
Link NAV or valuation claims to evidence posture, policy checks and change context for cleaner periodic review.
Keep a clear record of what was reviewed, what changed and which evidence package supports the current state.
Add a public-safe commitment layer so participants can read verification posture without hosting sensitive evidence.
